COURSE INFORMATION

We have collaborated with Vertical Horizonz NZ to bring this special offering to everyone working or wanting to work in the Airport Precinct.

 

The purpose of this programme is to train individuals in safe practices for working at heights on construction sites, whilst also covering essential safety topics like back injury prevention and first aid. This course is run over a 12 week period including 12 days of face-to-face learning, 36 hours of self directed learning, supported by 388 hours of work experience.

Classes will be presented locally at the Ara Auckland Jobs & Skills Hub, which is conveniently located behind Butterfly Creek at 10 Uenuku Way, Auckland Airport.
