Who is this programme for?

The Ara Rangatahi Pathways to Employment Programme (ARPE) is an initiative that is run by the Ara Education Charitable Trust, which seeks to support communities by developing pathways for rangatahi aged 15-24 who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) through to sustained employment, underpinned by intensive pastoral care.

What our students say

IMG_9587 (1)_edited.jpg

"Ara has been incredibly helpful to me. I've always been a quiet girl who didn't really enjoy being around people. While I still have those tendencies, connecting with Ara and the tutors has significantly boosted my confidence. I look at the women in the office, always smiling and exuding confidence, and it reminds me that everyone has their own struggles. Their confidence inspires me to believe that I can achieve my goals."
